PRIVACY POLICY

What we collect. Your email address (for login), your password (stored only as a secure hash), and the content you create: journal trades, playbooks, plans, and uploaded chart images. If you link Discord, we store your Discord user ID to manage your member role. Crypto payments record the public transaction hash — we never see wallet keys and never handle card details.

How it's used. Solely to provide the service: syncing your journal, computing your statistics, analyzing charts you submit, and managing membership access. We don't sell or share your data with advertisers.

Processors. Data is hosted with Supabase (database and file storage) and Netlify (application hosting). Charts you submit for automatic analysis are processed transiently by Anthropic's API and are not used to train models. Price data is fetched from public market APIs without any of your personal information.

Deletion. You can delete your trades, playbooks, plans and charts in the app at any time. Deletion is permanent — we don't keep copies of content you delete. Deleted data may persist in routine database backups for up to 7 days before it is gone entirely. For full account deletion, email us and we'll remove your account and data.

Retention. If your membership lapses, we keep your journal and content so everything is exactly where you left it if you return. Email us anytime to have it deleted instead.
