Risk Lab Members is an educational trading-journal and analytics service. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Education only. Nothing on this site is financial advice, a trade recommendation, or a solicitation. All trading decisions and their outcomes are entirely your own responsibility. No copy-trading is offered or permitted.

Membership. Paid membership grants access for the period purchased. Crypto payments are final once confirmed on-chain. Access ends when a membership period (plus its grace window) expires.

Your data. Your journal, playbooks, plans and uploaded charts belong to you. We store them to provide the service and don't sell them. You can delete your content at any time.

Acceptable use. One account per person. Don't attempt to access other members' data, abuse rate limits, or resell access.

Lab Points. Lab Points are an optional rewards program you join by acknowledging its terms on the points page. Points have zero cash value; they are not money, property, or an investment of any kind, and are not transferable. Points are for use inside Risk Lab only — membership discounts, perks, status and access — and are consumed when redeemed. The rules, amounts, and the program itself can change or end at any time, at Risk Lab's sole discretion; every number in the program is a calibration value that may be re-tuned as the program runs, and redemption prices re-anchor every season. The program is defined by the points page and official announcements only — no statement made in chat, social media, or anywhere else modifies it or promises anything about its future. Farming, spam, or gaming the program may result in any or all points being removed and the account excluded from earning.

Referral discount. Members who refer other members may receive a discount on their own membership, sized by how many of the members they referred currently hold an active membership. The discount is recomputed at every payment, applies to crypto payments only (one discounted period per payment), never combines with a points discount or a discount code, and is a discretionary perk with zero cash value — it is never paid out. Risk Lab may change or discontinue the referral discount at any time; changes are intended for new participants, and members already earning a discount are intended to keep the terms they joined under, but no statement in chat, social media, or anywhere else promises anything about its future. Referrals must be real people paying for their own membership; self-referral or other abuse may result in the discount and any points being removed.

Referral payouts (application program). Separately from the discount, members accepted into the referral payout program receive a share of payments made by members they referred beyond their fourth active referral — currently 20% of a first membership payment and 10% of renewals, computed on the amount actually paid — accrued after a hold period and paid in cryptocurrency (USDC on the Base network) to the payout address on the account once a minimum balance is reached. Acceptance is at Risk Lab's sole discretion and conditional on a code of conduct: no spam or unsolicited promotion, no income or profit claims, no misrepresentation of the service, and real referrals only — never yourself, accounts you control, or people you pay to sign up. Risk Lab may change, suspend, or end the program, adjust its rates, holds, and thresholds, or remove any member from it, at any time and for any reason; removal ends future accruals and voids amounts not yet paid out. Amounts already paid out are never taken back. On-chain payouts are irreversible: members are responsible for the accuracy of their payout address, and for any taxes on amounts they receive.

No warranties. The service (including automated chart analysis and statistics) is provided as-is; analytics can be wrong and past results never guarantee future ones.
